Love is in the air. We just had the honor of watching my niece get married this past August. As harp music filled the air and candlelight flickered, I stood in the church watching Traci join her life with Matt. It was a beautiful ceremony with an even more beautiful reception.
Ahead of time, though, I worried that I wouldn’t make it home with my wedding memorabilia intact, so I packed my Flip Pal in preparation. During the wedding festivities, I collected some of the fresh rose petals from the table, the menu, and a napkin, as well as the program from the wedding ceremony. As soon as we got back to where we were staying, I scanned all of my goodies – preserving them before they got crushed, dried, folded, and torn. They were digitally “preserved” now and ready to be arranged in a digital scrapbook layout!
So, the next time you’re headed to a wedding, a family reunion, or any kind of memory-friendly get-together, bring your Flip Pal along and scan some of the special items to help you tell the story and preserve your mementos!
