These gift jars are so easy to make yet provide stunning gifts for your family and friends. Giving and receiving homemade gifts is very special; Knowing that someone has taken the time to gather and assemble the ingredients for these gift jars is priceless!
Products Used:
Digital scrapbooking supplies
Paper cutter or scissors
2.5 and 3 inch circle punches
Glitter and glitter pen
Adhesive
Pop dots
Brads and gems
Ribbon or string to hang your tags
Floating candle
Glass quart and pint jars
8.5 x 11 White Cardstock for printing tags and recipe cards (I used just 2 pieces of cardstock to print all the tags needed for these 6 gift jars!)
Gingerbread Cookie Jar
Gingerbread Kisses kit was used for this jar.
Start by creating a printable 3.25 x 5 recipe card (the size of the card is your preference) and save as a jpeg.
Next, create the belly band by layering a 2.5 x 7.5 paper onto a 3 x 8 paper. You can print these separate if you want, I layered mine and printed as a single piece.
*NOTE: You don’t want this belly band to go all the way around your jar because you want the cookie mixture layers to show.
I printed additional gingerbread people and the house for layering (optional).
Maine Natural Pine And Berry Jar And The Maine Pine Candle Jar
Holiday Lights kit was used to create the printable tags.
Use a glue pen to highlight the garland and then sprinkle it with silver glitter.
Nut & Candy Jar
Vintage Christmas Cards Kit was used for the printable tag.
Use a glitter pen to highlight the veins of the leaf.
Apple Cinnamon Jar
Autumn Appeal Kit was used
Print an additional flower and attach with a brad to add additional dimension to your tag.
Lemon Sugar Hand Scrub Jar
Citrus Splash kit was used to create 2 printable tags, one to hang and one for the top of the jar.
Add a yellow heart gem.
These gift jars are so fun to put together and I hope you will try one or two and upload photos into our Scrap Girls Hybrid Gallery for us all to see!
