Are your kids tired of having the same ‘ol notebooks as all the other kids? Sit down together and have them pick out their favorite digital papers and embellishments, print them out and let the creativity begin!

Step 1: Choose the paper you want to use for your background, print, cut and adhere to the notebook.
***Note — if you are going to use brads or something that needs to wrap around the back of the background cover, do this before you adhere to the notebook.
Step 2: Open your Silhouette, place the embellishments your child chose, trace, print and cut.
Step 3: If your child wants a pocket on the front of the folder, add 1/4 inch to the left, right and bottom sides. Follow instructions below.
And last BUT not least I couldn’t help but make a Vintage Notebook for myself!
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and will give this basket and card set a try. Please share your projects in the Scrap Girls Hybrid Gallery.
