The new June Scrap Girls Club: Wordsmith comes to us from designer Syndee Rogers-Nuckles — and not surprisingly, Syndee has found a super-creative niche to carve out some fabulous designs that will work for just about anything you want to throw at it this summer. “I always try to make my clubs versatile enough to use for any theme or occasion, and I think this club does just that. But I also can imagine that scrapbookers who love art journal and collage-style layouts and projects are going to find lots of ways to use this club!”

How Syndee picked her color palette:
“I was really going for a more neutral color palette with pops of color and heavy on words/text as a design element. I LOVE craft paper, so I incorporated that texture in a lot of the papers and elements.”
What inspired the club name:
“Since it’s a very word-heavy club, the name “Wordsmith” just kind of popped in my head! It fit exactly what this club is about”
