Here’s how she did it:One of my favorite crafting seasons is Christmas. I’m always looking for an easy, sweet little gift that I can make and take to a friend, co-worker, or party host. This year I collected empty tins that had previously contained mints or tea bags and decided to make nostalgic little ornaments as gifts. The process is really easy.

 Step 1: Pick out one of the many great Scrap Girls kits. For my three tins I used the Tis The Season Collection Biggie.

Step 2: Using ScrapSimple Craft Template: Mint Tin 2, decorate by clipping your papers and elements to the templates.

Step 3: Print out your completed template designs and assemble.
In addition to using printed and cut out embellishments from a kit, these ornaments are easily adorned with things you may already have on hand like buttons, ribbons, artificial holly or pine.
