These great Christmas themed 4x6 card templates are perfect for making your own printable Christmas cards! Save time and money by creating your own cards this year. Five of the cards feature editable text allowing you to customize the message and use for other seasons!
Designed with my favorite coin collector in mind (my husband!) this collection also can be used for heritage projects, or layouts that need a masculine or vintage feel. This collection includes ten digital papers, two sheets of elements, including a dozen coins, an ounce of silver, a cloth glove, magnifying glass and coin collecting envelopes. You will also find word art focused on coin collecting and a versatile paper alpha and metal number set.

Scrap Girls BFF
The year was 2007. Having never posted to an online message board, I was definitely nervous and out of my comfort zone. I took a deep breath, typed a post, and hit the Reply button. That was the beginning of a whole new chapter in my life!
I had taken a leave of absence from my nursing job to care for my terminally ill mother. She required around-the-clock care that resulted in my being homebound much of the time. I found myself taking mini vacations throughout the day by browsing the Internet. One day, I happened upon the Scrap Girls site. The subject of digital scrapbooking intrigued me. It was something I could do at home while caring for my mother. And so it began.
I signed up for the Scrap Girls daily newsletter. I downloaded the free digital scrapbooking collection offered by Scrap Girls. I spent hours drooling over the products in the Boutique. I downloaded a free trial of Photoshop Elements. I bought Ro's Scrapbook Software Secrets. Finally, I bravely posted my first digital scrapbooking layout in the Scrap Girls Gallery. I was surprised to see Scrap Girls members leaving positive comments on my layout.
So, on May 25, 2007, I found myself clicking the Reply button on the Scrap Girls Forum ... and a new world opened up. I'm sure many of you can relate and have similar stories of your entrance into our special Scrap Girls community. Over the past five years, I have gained friends from around the world. I have learned from my fellow Scrap Girls, shared tears and laughter with members, celebrated milestones, and watched families and children grow. While I think Scrap Girls digital scrapbooking products are the best around, I've found the greatest riches to be the relationships I've made with other Scrap Girls.
In August of 2008, I began to correspond (via the Scrap Girls Forum) with a special Scrap Girls Layout Artist by the name of Jo Corne. We discovered that we had many things in common. Our messages turned into frequent emails, which morphed into Yahoo instant messages, which eventually progressed to Skype calls. Over the years, Jo has become one of my closest and dearest friends. We laughingly refer to each other as "twins" and the "other me." Indeed, we finish each other's sentences, share the same crazy type of humor, and love each other as if we were family.
The thing is, Jo lives in Melbourne, Australia, while I live in Pennsylvania. We are half a world apart. I never thought we would have the chance to meet in person. Fortunately, I was wrong! This past July, we were able to spend two days together while Jo and her family were visiting the States. My husband, Carson and I, traveled to New York City to meet Jo and her family for the first time. It felt so good to be able to hug my BFF in the flesh! Our families walked the streets of the Big Apple, meandered through Central Park, and traveled the subway system together. Best.Time.Ever.
Then, Jo and her family traveled by train to visit our home in Pennsylvania. We spent another day together sharing, laughing, and enjoying each other's presence. The day ended too quickly and, before we knew it, Jo, Al, Jess, and Aaron were on the train headed back to New York. Left behind were a boatload of wonderful memories.
The morale of my story? Don't be a bystander. Don't just lurk. Get involved. Go to a chat. Post a reply on the Scrap Girls Forum. Join a crop or challenge. Make a new friend. Who knows what wonderful surprises await you!
We did manage to take several photos during our time together - in between all the laughter, hugs, and goodbyes. Here we are, me and "mini me," together in Central Park, New York City. I'm hoping the next layout featuring the two of us will be set in Australia. I'm saving my pennies... just gotta meet my bestie IRL (in real life) again!

Favorite Product I've Designed:
Rather than fill an autumn collection with predictable colors, I chose to use soft, muted shades that are still representative of this beautiful season. The inspiration for this collection came from seeing some paint-stained leaves while doing an outside painting project at our home. The digital scrapbooking papers are highly textured to create interest and depth. The taped scraps of paper are visually interesting and fun. The journaling spots and frames have an elegance to them. All in all, this is a collection I use a great deal myself due to its versatility.
