Member of the Month: June 2012
Congratulations Betty (BetC)! The Scrap Girls Team has chosen Betty as the Member of the Month for June!
Betty has been an amazing presence in the Gallery since joining Scrap Girls in March 2010. Not only does she complete the General Message Board Challenges with beautiful layouts, she leaves lots of wonderful comments on other members’ layouts as well. Betty helps keep people motivated to exercise in the Shredders Thread and sends out congratulations to contest winners.

East Coast High Noon Crop
Wednesday, June 6th - 10:00AM MDT
Join April (April Showers) each Wednesday at 10am MT for the East Coast High Noon Crop. All coasts and time zones are welcome! These crops are designed to allow you to work on your own photos and themes, simply giving participants a one hour goal and a fun, new challenge each week.
On June 6th, we'll do a multiple photo challenge! Create a layout on any theme, any topic, and any colors - using SEVEN or more photos!
Create your layout and upload it to the special High Noon Crop Gallery. You'll be amazed what you can get done in just one hour, but there is no High Noon Sheriff timing you! Hope to see you in the chat room!
June's Forum Game: Re-JUNE-venate!
We helped you jumpstart your January and now it's time to re-JUNE-venate your focus on scrapbooking! Join us on the Scrap Girls Forum for "Re-JUNE-venate!" This is a game and challenge that focuses on taking time to scrapbook regularly despite the little "speedbumps" of life. When the month is over you'll have completed several layouts and been treated to some fun along the way.
A Welcoming Committee Member will post a task each Monday through Saturday from June 1-30. The tasks will be formatted in a LARGE PURPLE FONT for ease of locating them in the game thread as it grows. Some tasks will require Forum participation, email responses or gallery posting. Read each daily task carefully to see what is required of you.
Those who complete all the required tasks and submit or post required participation by 11:59pm MDT on June 30th will be entered in a drawing to win one of three $10 Gift Certificates to the Scrap Girls Boutique! Those who complete all the layouts will be entered in a drawing to win one of two $5 Gift Certificates. Each person who completes a layout will be entered – once for each completed challenge page- into a drawing for one of three $3 Gift Certificates.

June Monthly Layout Contest: June is full of weddings and graduations – a time of pomp and circumstance. For June's contest, we want to see your wedding, graduation or other special occasion layouts. Post your layouts in the June Monthly Layout Gallery before Midnight MDT on June 30th and you could one of the two people who will win a $10 Gift Certificate to the Scrap Girls Boutique! Please be sure to list your layout's product credits in the description or under the EXIF Properties.
Club Concepts Layout Contest: Post your new layout using the current club selection (either the Scrap Girls Club or the ScrapSimple Club) in our Scrap Girls Club Members Gallery or the ScrapSimple Club Members' Gallery. Be sure to list all of the Scrap Girls products you used. If your layout is chosen, it will be showcased as a Club Concepts layout winner, and you will win a $5 Gift Certificate to the Scrap Girls Boutique!
