I recently began to get the monthly ScrapSimple Club because I wanted to challenge myself to use these different products that are offered through this Club. Well, I was having trouble using them, recoloring the embellishments, filling in color on the Itty Bitty Papers, etc., so I went to the Scrap Girls University to see if I could find help. Somehow I ended up in the Boutique - and there was the ScrapSimple Handbook - free! – just sitting there, waiting to answer all my questions. I was so amazed that this appeared right when I needed it! So now I am recoloring, filling in color, even using the brushes more effectively. I have to say, you girls seem to know when a product is needed to help with the products you sell. Your customer service has always been spectacular, and I have been using your products, reading the newsletter, and learning from the tutorials for over two years now.
Thanks for always thinking of your customers first and providing such awesome products and support! If every business was run with your philosophy, I'd be one happy shopper all the time. I look forward to your daily newsletters and am crushed when I can't download freebies (if I'm away from home and have to wait to get back to my own computer). It's truly amazing the number of freebies I've collected over the past two years. I don't know of any other business that happily gives away their stuff!

Can I just tell you how much I appreciate your store (Boutique)? You are all so friendly, helpful, on the ball, great with scrappin' advice, and seem to be genuinely great people. I love the muses, stories, scrap samples, etc. Every time I get an email from you, I have to smile. Thank you for brightening our days. I would love it if you could pass this on to Rozanne. Too many times, people take the time to complain when something goes wrong but don't take a minute to say great job! Thank you for all you do and for your encouraging words to us all. You never know how much you touch someone with those words. When you have a bad day, sometimes all you need are few nice words to keep you going. You all are awesome!
