What do you get when a very creative Art Educator, who also has an associate degree in graphic design, marries a Computer Engineer who has a big computer, scanner, and a love for technology? You get an enthusiastic mother of four who has carried her love of art and scrapbooking into the digital world.
Shalae has found she can more readily satisfy her perfectionism and fulfill her potential when supplies are limitless and the “redo” and “undo” commands are instantaneous. She loves the endless possibilities that are available for creating realistic effects on the computer and finding ways to combine her fine arts background in the digital world.
Shalae truly has an eye for aesthetics and enjoys creating fun digital scrapbook kits that she can test out by documenting the adventures of her family. Shalae loves sharing her talents and work through Scrap Girls.
Shalae is from the small community of Star Valley, Wyoming. For the past seven years she has been living in Provo, Utah, raising four young children with her husband Beau while he finishes his doctorate.
