Rose Ann Bright is an enthusiastic learner who loves to share her knowledge with others. It gives her great pleasure to implement unique and interesting activities to make learning personal to her students. She has been a teacher for 20 years and has experience in a wide variety of educational settings from pre-kindergarten to adult education. Now, she is embarking upon a new adventure as a second grade teacher in her neigborhood elementary school.
As the child of an IBM employee, she had early exposure to new technology and developed a fondness for computers and new technologies before computers were easily available to the general public. She has always had a natural aptitude for all things technological, a streak of creativity, and a special relationship with paper. She enjoys crafts such as making handmade paper, calligraphy, making cards, embroidery, and jewelry making. She discovered digital scrapbooking in 2005 while searching for tutorials on how to use Adobe Photoshop Elements. It was then that she found Scrap Girls, and, finally, a craft that combined her love of technology with her love for paper! A perfect match!
