Gayle and her husband are retired Army officers. They live in the greater Portland, OR area, and are both setting new records for the length of time living in one house. She ventured into the digi world with greeting card programs, an early proprietary scrapbook program, and started "real" digiscrapping with PSE2. She joined Scrap Girls in 2007. She was fortunate enough to be able to attend both Scrap Girls conventions. She admits she does much more collecting and chatting than scrapping.
When she is not playing with her Scrap Girls supplies or chatting on the forum, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, sewing and quilting, gardening, early music, and playing with other paper and hybrid crafts. She is active in her church and volunteers at a retreat center in the Columbia Gorge.
