Cindy Rohrbough (pronounced "roar" like a lion, "baa" like a lamb) was born in Santa Barbara, California and was raised and lives in Los Angeles. She started working as a teenager in the fashion industry after a family friend in the industry noticed her passion for design and unique eye for color. She worked for Byer California for over 18 years contributing ideas to their merchandise team and representing those new product lines to department and specialty stores nationwide.
Inspired by the freelance studio singing career of her husband, she left her job and decided to pursue a lifelong dream of starting her own business. She found that she always drew as a little girl, and those drawings usually ended up being flowers. She began drawing again and when she was done, she had created an entire textured paper product line called Created By U inspired by her love of flowers and other elements of nature. She traveled around California selling her handmade paper products at scrapbook expos and decided to bring her designs to the digital world. And the rest is history.
Cindy is thrilled to be part of the ScrapGirls team and looks forward to meeting everyone in this unique and creative community.
