Ang Campbell has been an avid paper scrapbooker since 1998. In 2006, she started hearing the buzz about digital scrapbooking, but turned up her nose at the idea of such a different method of memory keeping. A few months later, she reluctantly decided to give digi a try and she signed up for a beginner’s course. She caught the bug immediately and has never looked back!
She found Scrap Girls in February 2007 and jumped into the message board community head first, making fast and lasting friendships and enjoying the support and encouragement to be found in this amazing digital scrapbooking forum. She was honored to be invited to join the Welcoming Committee late in 2007. Becoming a member of the Product Design Team late in 2009 was an exciting step forward in her digital scrapbooking journey. She is thrilled with the opportunity to create and help inspire others’ creativity as they capture and archive their photos and memories.
Ang married Willy after a whirlwind meeting, courtship, and engagement that spanned just three and a half months! They were married in November 1996 and have added three strapping sons and one little princess to the family over the years.
Ang is very involved at church and enjoys volunteering at her kids’ schools. In her copious amounts of spare time (ha ha!), she enjoys playing piano, indulging in her guiltiest pleasure (watching reality TV), playing games (online, board, card... it doesn’t matter!), and reading. Since moving to Hawaii in 2008, she has discovered new passions including snorkeling, dancing hula, “beach therapy,” and playing tour guide to her friends and family who come to visit.
